Our tracking system is designed to monitor the location and, vehicles, or personnel in real-time, providing insights to help you manage and optimize operations effectively.
You will find both the IMEI and the Serial Number (SN) on the back of the tracker.
If you’re unable to access specific features, it likely means you don’t have the necessary permissions. Some features are restricted based on user roles or access levels.

If the tracker is showing an incorrect location, the tracker may not be turned on, which would display the last known location. Alternatively, the tracker could be in a remote area with limited connection. Try placing the tracker outside in an open area to help recalibrate the signal. If the issue persists, please contact your manager or the IT team for further assistance.
